Raise your child's SAT score with 1-on-1 prep
Diagnostic-driven prep for the digital SAT, score tracking every session, and a written report to parents after every lesson. $110/hr online, no contracts.
WHAT WE OFFER
Prep with a plan, not a script
The SAT rewards students who understand what the test is actually asking. We start with a diagnostic, target the weaknesses, and practice methodically to build confidence and fluency. Prepping for the ACT instead? See ACT prep.
Diagnostic First
Every plan starts with a full diagnostic test. It tells us exactly which sections and question types have the most room to grow — so no session is wasted.
Built for the Digital SAT
The SAT is digital and adaptive now. Prep covers on-screen pacing, the built-in tools, and how the adaptive modules actually work.
Score Tracking
Practice scores are tracked session by session, so you always know where your student stands and what's moving the needle.
Flexible Scheduling
Book sessions when they work — evenings, weekends, or whenever. No fixed class times, no cohort pacing.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps to a higher SAT score
Book a Free Consultation
Tell us your student's target score and test date. We'll set realistic expectations based on where they're starting.
Get a Targeted Plan
A diagnostic pinpoints the weakest areas; the prep plan is built around them — re-teaching what's needed, then practicing until it sticks.
Track Progress Every Session
Parents receive a written report after every lesson. Score trajectories are updated each session so you always know where things stand.
WHY ZKTUTORS
What parents deal with elsewhere — and how we're different
SAT prep is a big investment. Most platforms make it harder than it needs to be — hidden pricing, subscription traps, and no visibility into what your child is actually learning.

Common questions
Should my student take the SAT or the ACT? ▼
It depends on your student's strengths. The SAT rewards strategy and process-of-elimination skills; the ACT is faster-paced and offers an optional Science section. We can help you figure out which test is the better fit based on a diagnostic.
How does prep work for the digital SAT? ▼
The SAT is now digital and adaptive — the second module of each section gets harder or easier based on the first. Prep covers both content and the test's structure: pacing on screen, using the built-in tools, and handling the adaptive format with confidence.
How much does SAT prep cost? ▼
SAT prep tutoring is $110/hr online. No subscriptions or required packages.
How far in advance should we start SAT prep? ▼
Ideally 3–4 months before test day. That gives time for a diagnostic, a structured prep plan, and at least one full practice test before the real thing. Shorter timelines are workable — but the earlier you start, the more options you have.
How will we know the prep is working? ▼
We start with a diagnostic, build the plan around your student's weakest areas, and track practice scores session by session. Parents receive a written report after every lesson, so you always see the trajectory — not just the final result.
My student is strong in math but weaker in reading — can prep focus there? ▼
Yes. That's the point of a diagnostic-driven plan: we spend time where the points are, not on a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Sessions target the sections and question types with the most room to improve.
